  • We usually respond to our emails within 24 business hours Monday thru Friday 9am to 5:30pm Pacific Standard Time only.
Shipping & Order Status:
  • Fast Fast Shipping! That is how we set our standards to customers. We want to get you your order ASAP!
  • For free shipping we usually use USPS Parcel Post which delivery varies from 2-9 business days (All mail transit time stated above is best estimated but not guaranteed.)
  • Free Shipping service is within USA ONLY. An additional surcharge may apply to AK, HI, and PR. For CANADA and other International Countries, please use the "Shipping and Payments" tab for rates.
  • Please make sure to double check your address before completing your payment. Once your payment has been sent, we cannot guarantee your address change will take effect.
  • An email will be sent as soon as package is process for shipment or you can check our real time order status page. Please allow 24 business hours for orders to show up in our system.
Terms of Sale:
  • No cancellation of order(s) accepted, once order is processed...
  • No substitution order(s) accepted. Meaning if ordered an item with a particular SKU we cannot change it to a different SKU after.
  • Buyer assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product.
  • Orders that are returned back to us due to wrong or incomplete address are subject to additional shipping charges before a second shipment is issued.
  • If you refused the order during delivery no refunds will be issued and additional shipping/handling will apply to reship package.
Order Support
  • Wrong Item(s) Received: If you feel you have received wrong item(s) please email us and specify items received by any model number attached to item. Once confirmed we will issue a replacement order to be shipped.
  • Missing Item(s): If you feel something is missing from your order please let us know so we may double check our logs for confirmation. Please clearly specify which item or sku is missing. Once confirmed we will issue a replacement order to be shipped.
  • Defective Item(s) or Dead On Arrival: If you feel you received defective item(s) please email us and specify clearly which sku and a brief summary of issue. Once confirmed we will issue a replacement order to be shipped.
  • All issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving shipment.
  • We will be more than happy to EXCHANGE an item within 30 days after order ships. Exchange orders may be subject to additional shipping/handling fees.
  • Only item(s) with original packaging may be returned.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers will be responsible for return shipment.
  • We do not provide Refunds.
  • To obtain an RMA number, please contact us via Email with the order ID and issue.
