Anti-Spam Protection

We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email box accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited e-mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mail box account.

Email Filters

Email filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mail messages based on certain criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and set the filtering criteria according to your preference.

Email Forwarding

You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to several other email accounts. Simply select the email box account you would like to forward electronic mails from, then choose the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.

Auto-Configuration Options

With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.

More Features

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
